Free shipping on orders of $290 to all locations in the Canada.
Free shipping on orders of $390 to all locations in the USA.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during checkout. You can enjoy free shipping (7-10 days ground) by following the policy above.

Free shipping is not applicable if your order includes any items that mention above. Your order is eligible for free shipping only when you purchase qualified items and following the policy above.
Your order will be shipped by Canada Post. It may take up to 3-5 working days( depends on your local post office) to reach you.
This may depend on Canada public holidays or delays by Canada Post.
Shipping and Handling Cost
Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our warehouse we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that Nail de Concept will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.
All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 1-3 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Nail de Concept cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
Missing Parcel
